Siza Water, a subsidiary of South African Water Works, was established in 1999 as the first successful public-private water partnership in South Africa. Operating under a 30-year concession with the iLembe District Municipality, we manage the provision of potable water and wastewater services across the Dolphin Coast.

Our focus is on excellence, efficiency, and community care—ensuring safe drinking water, environmentally sound wastewater management, and customer satisfaction.

Siza Water Coverage Area

Siza Water (RF) (Pty) Ltd. provides water and wastewater services to residents in the Dolphin Coast region of South Africa. The concession area covers 12,5km² and encompasses some 90,000 – 100,000 users, who vary greatly, from the poorest to the wealthiest, from urban to rural, from residential to commercial and light industrial. Zimbali, Ballito, Chaka’s Rock, Salt Rock, Sheffield, Umhlali, Shakaskraal, Nkobongo, Shayamoya and Etete are all within our concession area.
