HEALTH & SAFETY COMMITTEE
Siza Water operates a joint management–worker committee to drive a strong safety culture across all sites. Meeting monthly, the committee addresses key occupational health and safety matters, reviews incidents and deviations, and recommends corrective actions.
We track and assess statistics on occupational diseases, injury rates, lost-time incidents, and absenteeism. Our trained health and safety representatives bring valuable expertise and actively help maintain a safe and healthy workplace.

Siza Water’s occupational health programmes are fully aligned with the Occupational Health and Safety Act, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. These programmes support staff through:
Annual Medical Surveillance Programmes are conducted to monitor employees exposed to hazardous environments, safeguarding their well-being and maintaining a safe workforce.
