EASY PAY
EasyPay Payments may be made at any EasyPay outlet, including Shoprite, Checkers, Spar, Woolworths, PnP, Game, and PEP. Your water account will include the EasyPay reference number required to make payment via EasyPay.
Credit Control
Your account will automatically enter the debt management cycle if you fail to pay it on time. A reminder letter will be issued 14 days after the due date. If you fail to settle your bill, you will receive a restriction/disconnection notice to settle your account within 7 days. If payment is not forthcoming, your water will be restricted/disconnected. Should we not receive payment without any further warnings, your account will be handed over to our attorneys for collection, which may result in your credit rating being prejudiced and in legal proceedings to recover the outstanding amount. If you are experiencing financial difficulties, please contact our Debtors Clerk, who will be happy to assist you with a payment plan to settle your account.
