The Board of Siza Water provides guidance, strategy and vision to the Managing Director, who in turn develops the goals and key performance indicators for Senior Management, as well as to ensure that due governance is followed.

The management team, including middle management, ensures the smooth running of operations that seeks to deliver quality and efficient services to our customers. The Board guides the Managing Director on strategic policy issues. The Managing Director implements the decisions of the Board and manages the organisation on a day-to-day basis. The Managing Director is supported by senior management who provide technical information and assists the management team.
