During the devastating 2014 drought when taps ran dry and dams nationwide were on the brink of failure, Ballito’s saving grace was a state-of-the art water recycling plant that was built by Siza to augment the water supply to its customers. This initiative not only ensured uninterrupted potable water supply to customers, but also ensured the area’s economic developments continued uninterrupted.
